  • Enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu or any other State Bar Council in India.
  • Must be actively practicing as an Advocate or Pleader in any Court for a minimum of 3 years on the date of recruitment notification.
  • Alternatively, can have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Advocate and/or Assistant Public Prosecutor.
