Selection Process

Candidates will have to go through the following selection process for ISRO Recruitment 2023:-

  1. Written Test:- Candidates’ performance in the written test determines their eligibility for the next stage. The shortlisting is done in a ratio of 1:5, with the top candidates advancing to the interview stage.
  2. Interview:- Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews, where their aptitude, technical knowledge, and suitability for the position are assessed. The interview carries significant weightage in the final selection process.

Exam Pattern

  • Question Type:- The questions will be in the form of objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The question paper will consist of two parts.
  • Negative Marking:- In Part I of the exam, there will be negative marking where 1/3 marks will be deducted for wrong answers. However, in Part II, there will be no negative markings.
  • Total Questions and Marks:- The exam will have a total of 95 questions carrying a total of 100 marks.
  • Time Duration:- The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes (2 hours).
