the year1968 college is offering the Bachelor level education in Mathematics and
Biology. From the year 1995 B.Sc. Computer Science course is also being run in the
college. Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany and Computer Science labs are well
equipped. In the University level exams students have achieved good result on
regular basis. B.Sc. course is a good choice for success in Competition Exams,
Teaching and research field. |

( i ) Analytical Chemistry

Vidya Bhawan Rural Institute, in keeping its dynamic and innovative

has introduced a job oriented course M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry in the year 2002
to produce professionals in the field of Chemistry.

Analytical chemistry has emerged as an important
independent branch mainly because of the development of analytical research. The
present world scenario is highly competitive. Faster techniques and accuracy of
results are the main criteria of any analysis. This course is designed to
provide student an opportunity to learn the latest techniques of analysis such
as spectroscopic method, chromatographic methods, electro analytical colorimetry
methods, polarography, potentiometry pH-metry, and many others. With an exposure
and training to such analytical techniques, an Analytical Chemist gets a better
